A workspace for one of India’s leading Fashion Yarn businesses - “Raysil” under the management of Grasim Industries. The 10,000-sqft of multifunctional workspace, split over two floors located in one of the historical buildings in South Mumbai, Industry House, serves a mix of uses, ranging from a welcoming lift lobby with landscaping, vibrant reception, and a studio ( a place for showcasing the Raysil products and vendor discussions ) to focused individual work or group collaborations.

The aim was to create a vibrant and modern design concept that celebrates and reflects the uniqueness of the brand “Raysil”. Some elements are designed with privacy in mind, while others have been developed to encourage openness and interaction, but everything is flexible.
